Common Questions Answered

Questions 1.    What do I need to bring or wear?
Answer:
   Loose clothing a tracksuit would be ideal and a bottle of water.


Question 2.    Am I too old to participate in Functional Fitness training?
Answer:
   No, you are never too old to train; we work at a pace that suits you.


Question 3.    Do I have to be fit?
Answer:
   No, all of the physical training is about supporting and improving your overall fitness, strength and stamina.


Question 4.    I have an injury can I still take part in training?
Answer:
   Yes, but you will need, to let Damien know.


As part of the training sign-up process, you will be required to complete a Heath Questionnaire,
it's in this form that you let us know about any injuries or disabilities.
                If you have a serious injury, you will need a GP letter to say that you are safe to participate in our training.
