Definitions.
“Seller” means ARES Tactical Concepts Ltd. The “Buyer” means the purchaser of the services or goods from the seller. The “Goods” means the Products or Services which are offered for sale though our website, Facebook page, which you might be interested in through our promotions.
Application.
These terms & conditions apply to all sales of goods and services which we make available to the buyer through this website, our Facebook Page or other marketing channels.
Prices.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing the prices charged will be those which are advertise on this website or as shown in the online shopping areas of this website.
- The price of our goods and services as shown on this website are in £ GBP.
- Ares Tactical Concepts Limited is not currently a VAT registered company so you will not be charged VAT; however there may be a small handling change when using Stripe to make purchases from us on this website.
- Postage & Packaging is NOT included in the price of our goods.
- Post and Packaging charges are added to the sale price at the checkout. The current Postage & Packing Fee is £3.65
- In some exceptionally rare circumstances Ares Tactical Concepts reserves the right by giving notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery to increase the price of the goods due to any factor beyond the Seller’s control.
Orders.
- All Online orders are accepted subject to the Buyers completing the purchase process as provided by our service provider [Stripe].
- You will receive a notification email on completion of your order, with a receipt for your purchase.
- All garments purchased from this site are made to order therefore delivery can take up to 21-days.
- We will notify you by email at every step of the way and provide you with an estimated delivery date once your garment has been shipped.
Delivery.
One to One Training:
- Ares Tactical Concepts will make a personal arrangement with you (The Buyer) at the time of purchasing your One-2-One Training regarding your training schedule.
- Training delivery times and dates are to be arranged with Damien as not only do we need to fit in with your life-style and work/family commitments, we also need to work within the requirements of Damien's Operational Duties.
- We ask that once your training schedule has been mutually agreed, that you make every effort to stick to your training schedule.
- If for some reason you are unable to maintain your training schedule, please contact us at the earliest opportunity to re-schedule.
Classes, Seminars & Workshops:
- Ares Tactical Concepts advertises the time, dates and venues of such events on this website and on our social media and affiliated website.
- Once you have purchased your tickets for such events it is up to you to make sure that you attend.
- Refunds are not available!
Training Equipment & Merchandise:
- When purchasing training or safety equipment from our online shop, we make sure that your products are of the highest quality. All items in our shop are “brand new” and have been quality checked by our manufacturers and our in-house quality control staff.
- Items are purchased by the buyer “as is”.
- It can take between 14 and 21 days for the item(s) purchased to be delivered to the buyer.
- When purchasing clothing we ask you to take care when choosing your size – refunds are not available, however we do our best to offer exchanges where the buyer has made a sizing error.
- We make every effort to adhere to the times and dates of service delivery, however, we cannot be held accountable for Force Majeure. In these circumstances, Ares Tactical Concepts accepts no liability or consequential loss for delayed or non-delivery from any cause what so ever.
- Late delivery shall not be the grounds for rejecting the goods or services or terminating the service agreement.
Payment.
You can pay for goods and services

- In cash
- BACS
Cancellation.
All online orders of goods or services can be cancelled during the checkout-process.
While we do not offer refunds on training, however we are happy to reschedule where this is possible.
Title/Property.
Legal ownership & title of the Services supplied by the Seller to the Buyer shall remain vested in Seller.
Force Majeure.
The Seller shall not be responsible or liable for its failure to perform its obligations hereunder, if such is beyond the control of the Seller caused by the unavailability, acts of God, fire, flood, strikes, riots, war, restriction, or any other cause, the Seller shall be excused.
Warranties.
The Seller warrants that the Services provided will be of the highest standard and delivered by highly trained and experienced professionals.
Law.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined and governed by English Law.
Health & Safety:
ARES Tactical Concepts conducts regular risk assessments of any 3rd party premises we may use for the delivery of training services – we also require all individuals which purchase training services in any format to complete and return the enrolment forms provided prior to the training event. This enables Ares Tactical Concepts to undertake the relevant Due Diligence.
