HIIT workouts involve exercises associated with both cardiovascular activity and resistance training, during which there are set periods of maximum effort exercise and short periods of rest between the exercise.

Designed to improve your athletic capacity and condition, and the metabolism of glucose.

Research has shown that HIIT results in significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body, especially in women!
