One-2-One Training

There are many reasons why you might want or need one-to-one training. We understand that the pressures of work, family, and other responsibilities might interfere with your ability to attend regular classes. This is why we offer one-to-one training packages.

For Example:

  • You are a martial artist with a grading coming up and may want to fine-tune your skills.
  • You are an absolute beginner wanting to learn self-defence but do not have the confidence or the lifestyle to allow you to attend scheduled classes.
  • You are a semi-professional fighter with a match coming up and may want to work on moves and fight strategy.
  • You have planned to join HM Armed Forces and are wanting to raise your fitness levels before your formal military training
  • You want to raise your fitness and endurance as part of your athletic ambition and/or general health goals.

Pad Blast

Pad Blasts

Pad Blast Training Sessions are delivered as part of one-to-one training or in small groups and provides intense explosive training which increases functional fitness while also honing “striking skills”.

This is a hybrid training which incorporates Boxing/Martial Art’s strike drills with cardio-fitness and is used to improve “striking accuracy”, reaction speeds and overall fitness.

Combat Fitness

Combat Fitness is key to effective self-defence, and so much more – Combat fitness goes a long way to allowing you to live a long, healthy and active life! As a strategy for well-being the higher your functional/combat fitness the less prone you will be to a range of illness, injury and disease – particularly illness and disease associated with being over-weight.
